Sugarloaf’s second peak, Burnt Mountain, has only been accessible to those who trekked to the top on their own in the past. Now, adventurous skiers seeking remote wilderness skiing can ride one of two snowcats to the top of Burnt Mountain to access the deep power and rugged, steep terrain of the Androscoggin Glade. Reach 1,400+ vertical feet and 68 acres of side country powder in 20 minutes at New England’s only cat skiing operation.
