Livestock, local food, agriculture, demolition derbies, horse pulls, pig scrambles, live entertainment- these are just some of the things you will find at Maine’s fairs in 2021! Maine’s agricultural fairs and festivals have something everyone in the family will love!
June
17 – 20 Monmouth Fair
Small agricultural fair with midway, exhibits, crafts, and animal pulls.
July
1 – 4 Houlton Agricultural Fair
A small fair, livestock, crafts, midway, and entertainment.
8 – 11 Ossipee Valley Fair @ Hiram
Old-fashion fair, unique exhibits, livestock, midway, drag racing, animal pull events.
16 – 18 Waterford World’s Fair @ North Waterford
Small agricultural fair, local vendors, entertainment, and livestock petting area, local entertainment, demonstrations & exhibits.
22 – 25 Pittston Fair
Small country fair, midway, animal pulling events, games, and Strawberry Festival.
29 – Aug 7 Bangor State Fair
Large fair featuring a midway, animal exhibits, crafts, and flower show.
31 – Aug 8 Northern Maine Fair @ Presque Isle
Large fair and midway, exhibits, horse pulling, harness racing, tractor pulling, demo derby.
August
8 – 15 Topsham Fair
Agricultural exhibits, animal pull events, 4-H, crafts, midway and harness racing.
12 – 21 Skowhegan State Fair
Large agricultural fair featuring a huge midway, animal exhibits, crafts, flower show, animal pulls and harness racing.
21 – 28 Union Fair
Large fair famous for the State of Maine Wild Blueberry Festival. Large midway, crafts, animal pulls, shows, harness racing, and demo derby.
21 – 22 Washington County Fair @ Pembroke
Sponsored by the Pembroke Trotting Association this fair offers a fun-filled weekend for the whole family.
25 – 26 Maine Farm Days @ Clinton
This is an agricultural trade show held on a working dairy farm in Clinton to give the public an opportunity to see the daily operations and learn about the different areas of agriculture.
26 – 29 Acton Fair
Outstanding exhibits, 4-H, livestock, flower show, animal pulls, midway.
26 – 29 Piscataquis Valley Fair @ Dover-Foxcroft
Agricultural exhibits, milking parlor, homemade ice cream, crafts, midway, tractor pulls, demo derbies, animal pulls and stage shows.
29 – Sept 6 Windsor Fair
Large fair with agricultural and art/crafts exhibits. Large midway, animal pulls, harness racing, mechanical pulls, shows.

2 – 6 Blue Hill Fair
A country fair featuring midway, exhibits, horse racing, animal pulls, live entertainment.
3 – 6 Harmony Free Fair
Free admission and free parking, shows, animal and mechanical pulls, midway, demo derby, livestock, and exhibits.
4 Springfield Fair
Stage shows, animal and mechanical pulls, antique autos, midway, livestock exhibits.
9 – 12 Clinton Lions Agricultural Fair
Agricultural fair with animal and mechanical pulls, excellent midway, exhibits, stage shows, and woodsmen contest.
11 – 12 Litchfield Fair
A country fair with a large midway, agricultural exhibits, livestock, animal pulls, and a historical fair museum.
15 – 18 Oxford County Fair
Livestock shows, animal pulls, midway, crafts, exhibits, and harness racing.
17 – 19 New Portland Lion’s Fair @ North New Portland
