Maine Events in May 2026
Warmer weather opens up the door to more fun and exciting outdoor activities in Maine. This month, we have river paddle races, marathons, and festivals. This month also marks the start of Maine’s mud run season, and don’t forget the annual Maine free fishing weekend, where you can fish without a license at the end of the month!
Check back often- I’ll add events as more dates are set! Visit my online Maine Outdoor Events Google Calendar here for more information about each event and a complete list of all events for the year, or click the event’s title to go directly to their website.
Have a fantastic May in Maine, and I hope to see you at some of these fantastic Maine spring events!
