Grafton Notch State Park lies near the border of New Hampshire.  Take the Grafton Notch Scenic Biway for additional sights on your way there.  This park is next to Mahoosuc Public Lands, a 9,993 acre Ecological Reserve making this area a premiere recreational destination.  Mountains from the Mahoosuc Range lie within the park, offering rugged hiking terrain with incredibal views, especially from Old Speck Mountain at 4,180 feet in elevation.
