A-MAZE Yourself with Maine’s Corn Mazes!

Corn MazeCorny title, I know.  Guess I’m just in a punny mood today!  Either way, here is a agritourism list of corn mazes throughout the state for fall 2015!  Many farms offer other fun activities along with their delicious, fresh fruits and veggies and corn maze like games, hay rides, farm animals, pumpkin picking, corn cannons and more.  Enjoy!

Open 11am to 6pm Saturdays and Sundays now though November 1st, 2015. Night maze open Friday and Saturday nights from 6pm to 10pm starting September 25th.  Pumpkin Land open now.

Harvest Hill Farms features a corn maze, Pumpkin Land agritainment venue with activities, rides, bounce houses and of course a pumpkin patch, a country market and farm house pizza & deli.  The 10-acre cornfield features an intricate labyrinth of passages in a shape with an agricultural theme. Farmer Joe is missing and you will become a Farm Scene Investigator and make your way through the Maze to the 6 clue stations. Using the clue book punch card provided, at each clue station you’ll get clues to help you solve the mystery. $8 per person.

PUMPKIN VALLEY FARM:  SPOOKY CORN MAZE

A 6-acre labyrinth of twists, turns and dead ends carved through stalks over your head! Most maze-goers spend on average an hour trying to maneuver their way out of the mind-boggling puzzle! No worries though, the maze is designed in two phases for an early exit halfway. Challenge yourself using clues and fun games to help find your way.  Farm also features kettle corn, cow train, farm yard and corn cannon! $9 per person Saturday and Sunday, $7 per person Fridays from 9am-2pm (2 and under free always).  Price includes hayride and everything on the farm.

Visit the 10 acre maze, which is a series of paths cut into the cornfield and will provide ample fun for young and old. In addition to the maize, the annual “Pick your own Pumpkin” patch will be adjacent to the Maize field with an old-fashioned hayride between the two. We have thousands of pumpkins in all shapes and sizes…come and get your Jack-o-lantern for Halloween!  $8 ages 10 and up, $4 ages 9 and under, and children 3 and under are free.  Price includes parking, hayride, petting zoo, obstacle course and corn box.

Come enjoy hours of fun!  There is one maze but it’s possible to do in 2 parts so younger children do not have to complete the full large maze.  There’s also a Jumping Pillow, Duck Races,  Cow Train, Bale Maze, Corn Box, picnic tables, Corn Tunnel, Hayrides, Horse Tire Swings, and photo ops. $8 admission (3 and under free) includes maze, hayride, jumping pillow and more.
