Allagash Wilderness Waterway Video Series: Chamberlain Lake Tramway Railroad Trestle Paddle by: Uncut & Unedited!

This is the 5th video in the Allagash Wilderness Waterway series documenting our trip to the Allagash in August 2016.  This video is completely uncut & unedited, from Day 1 of our trip as we paddle past the remnants of the Chamberlain Lake Tramway Railroad Trestle.

The 1,500 foot long trestle was built in 1926 and spans shore-to-shore on Chamberlain Lake. The trestle once carried trains and their loads of logs across Allagash Stream in the late 1920’s.
